How will I get my ticket?

Your email confirmation will be your ticket to the event. Please either have it available on your phone or print it and bring it with you.

What is the event schedule?

The event officially begins at 3PM Central time on Friday October 13, 2023, and ends at 3PM Central time on Sunday October 15, 2023. We have fun and informative activities scheduled throughout the event, but the main presentations will take place on Saturday, October 14.

When is hotel check-in and check-out?

The hotel's check-in time is at 3PM. Check-out is at 12PM. We will store your bags in the conference room on Sunday after check-out.

Will food and beverages be available?

All food and beverages are on your own. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and make lifelong friends. The DoubleTree hotel, where our conference is being held, is in the Chicago O’Hare airport complex, and there are many restaurants nearby including two within the hotel itself. We will send out a list of nearby restaurants and some of their menus so you can get a sense of the offerings. Because connecting with other like-minded people is one of the goals of this event, the schedule will include ample time to enjoy meals with your new friends.

Can I park at the event?

If you are traveling to Chicago via car, please note that the hotel is located at the Chicago O’Hare Airport and the most economical parking is through the airport parking system. It may be best to park in the long-term parking lot. Please investigate the best options for your needs and budget.

Is there a shuttle to
the hotel?

The Hotel is five minutes from O'Hare International Airport via free 24-hour shuttle, and the Rosemont entertainment district is a half-mile away. Enjoy the fitness center and a warm DoubleTree cookie when you arrive.💓🍪

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens and in the event that you need to cancel your ticket to attend Connect To Empower 2023, please contact us at info@susanlynnmedium.com put "Cancel" in the subject line of your email and request to cancel and get a full refund up to August 30, 2023. You can get a partial refund of 50% up to two weeks before the event (Sept. 29, 2023).

Is there a waiting list?

We do have a waiting list for those that wish to attend but did not get tickets, please email info@susanlynnmedium.com and put "Waiting List" in the subject line of your email. We will contact you if we have openings.

How can I learn about the speakers?

We have tapped very unique and talented speakers for Connect To Empower 2023. The concept behind this event is to bring together a powerful and unparalleled group of psychics, healers, mediums, and mystics to create a sacred space for all to gather, grow and transform. Instead of speaking to you, each speaker will be demonstrating their unique abilities as well as teaching and answering questions. This will allow you to immerse yourself in and learn from their unique abilities.
